Yes! we all do walking, from home to metro station or bus stand or to our car parking.
When I asked my friends “Do you walk daily?” they simply replied, “Yes of course; from home to parking and from parking to office. In between brisk walking to the canteen for snacks and hot coffee and tea drinking”.
So what is important is, we must have a consistent plan to walk at least 12000 steps daily.
Best way to release stress is do walking every day at least for 30 minutes. Doing walking every day improves the cardiac function and prevents from the risk of cholesterol, blood pressure, diabetes, obesity, vascular stiffness and inflammation and most importantly mental stress.
Comparative to other daily gym workout or aerobics walking is a best and most replenishing alternative.

Walking is a part of daily life. Our great-grandparents loved to walk as compared to our modern lifestyle where we depend on escalators, bikes, cars and other modes. We have restricted our physical body movement and depended on home delivery of products.
When to Walk
Walking in the morning is best as it will rejuvenate our muscles and nervous system and tones our body to prepare for further activities throughout the day.
