Obesity is a very serious issue emerging in India also.   A major risk for cardiovascular disease.  Mostly the young generation is more prone to obesity due to their lifestyle, eating habits, lack of sleep,  and long hours studying.

While those who work sitting for a long hour working, irregular eating habits, eating too much preservative foods, no physical activity.  “physical activity is a must to avoid diseases”

As per the NFHS (National Family Health Survey), most of the Indian people including children, youngster, old and parents have started eating processed food.  With the average increasing calorie intake.  [h]

Many other diseases associated with Obesity like heart disease, diabetes and other chronic diseases.

Another factor for obesity includes lack of sleep, irregular eating habits, stress etc.

Most adolescents’ in the age group of 10 to 18 are more prone to obese disease.  One of the reason is lack of knowledge about health, eating habits and prolonged sitting without any physical activity.  As per science, at least 30 minutes of outdoor physical activity will keep the brain healthy and active and the memory power will also increase.

A systematic diet plan improves your eating habits and helps to balance metabolism.
